Regarding the Annexation of Sejgon

Enacted this Sunday, the 29th of June, at 12 in the afternoon, the incorporation of the Eleuedist State
of Sejgon into the Provisional State of Clovisia.

In order to focus the attention of administration to one nation, Sejgon will be incorporated as the
second administrative region of Clovisia. It shall be autonomous in nature, excepting for the
appointment of an administrator by the Provisional Government. Under this act, Aronje Roșya di
Sprinscalâ shall be appointed as the first administrator of Sejgon.

The powers and duties of the administrator shall be:
1. To enact laws;
2. To enable or ban trade;
3. To change the form of government, ie. transfer power to a Prime Minister or other form of
leadership;
4. To provide updates to the Provisional Government of Clovisia; and
5. To work for the common good of society.
