Decree regarding the State

I, the provisional Leader of Clovisia, hereby
declare the State of Clovisia as the Kingdom of
Eleuedla. As a result, we shall adopt Eleued as
a national language, as it was meant to be.

I shall serve as the provisional Prime Minister
until the constitution is ratified. All former
laws of the Provisional State of Clovisia shall
continue to be in effect.

Regarding Old Friends -
Any nation that qualifies under the Provisional
Act regarding Diplomacy that was also a former
ally by Forestria or Ninjasus may be recognised
by Eleuedla without any treaty. Our friendship
shall continue to be eternal!
