Provisional Act on Diplomacy

In order to keep Clovisian isolation and in order
to protect it from malicious outsiders, this act
seeks to place restrictions on which foreigners
to do business with, in order to protect the national
values of unity, traditionalism, and submission to God
and His Church.

Restrictions regarding Ideology -
The State of Clovisia shall not seek to do
diplomacy or business with communist or racialist
states, nor with states that require idolization
of the state. These are against the faith and must
be rejected. States that require idolization of
greed or of money must also be avoided.

Restrictions regarding Culture -
The State if Clovisia will not make any agreements
with any nations that is not Christian. If the
state petitioning to Clovisia permits evils
condemned by the Catholic Church, is primarily
of heathen, or does not permit or allow the
rights of the Catholic Church, Clovisia shall not
engage in diplomacy. If the state in question
does not respect or permit the expression of
the Eleued culture, Clovisia shall not engage in
diplomacy.

Other Provisions -
Foreign states or Clovisia may be the first to 
communicate through the chosen diplomatic
authority. If the foreign state is initiating,
Clovisia must be given a maximum of three weeks
for it to investigate the initiating nation. If
the Clovisian diplomatic authority rejects the
proposal, it will inform the initiating nation.

Amendment to this document will be allowed every
one year.
